Hi, I’m Caitlin! I am Rock Recovery’s Lead Therapist and I provide individual and group therapy. If you’re looking someone to help you explore the underlying issues to your disordered eating, look no further! I would love to meet with you virtually or in-person at our offices in Norfolk, VA.
As a Therapist, I'm here to help you connect with your healthiest true self. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, welcoming space.
I have over 15 years of experience in treating eating disorders, and all of my work is from a Health at Every Size® and relational perspective. With specialized training in eating disorders and a deep commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care, I offer an integrative approach to healing. Together, we might use mindfulness-based therapies (DBT or ACT), CBT, polyvagal theory, and art therapy, - tailoring our work to what feels most helpful.
In our first sessions, you can expect a safe, welcoming space and to discover new ways of moving through what’s holding you back. Whether you’re interested in talk therapy, art therapy, or mindfulness-based work, I meet you where you are, honoring your preferences and pace.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your truest, healthiest self.
