- Teen Bridge to Life Program Graduate
We all want food and body issues to take up less brain space, so we can focus on the things that matter - like friends, school and our favorite activities. Our Virtual Teen Bridge to Life therapy group is designed to help you do just that!
This specialized offering is a 75-minute, weekly body image group that is designed to help high school adolescents navigate disordered eating recovery, body acceptance, identity development, and more.
In this group, teens will move toward living a more embodied life by processing topics like motivation, cultural messages, managing thoughts and feelings, intuitive eating, shame, identity, and more.
Led from a Health at Every Size(R) perspective, this group's goal is to help teens stop fighting their bodies, gain freedom with food and movement, feel at home in their own skin, and become more present in their everyday experiences.
