How We Help
We know the road to recovering from an eating disorder can be a hard journey. Our team of therapists is here to help you on your journey to healing.
We provide affordable, individual eating disorder therapy sessions to help you navigate recovery and all that comes with it. We cover a variety of presenting concerns including eating disorders, other food and body issues, self worth, shame, anxiety, and depression.
Our therapists use integrative approaches that combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational-Cultural Therapy and more to best suit each client’s needs. Members of our team are uniquely equipped to integrate spirituality into the counseling process if desired.
