NEDAwareness Week 2018: Let’s Get Real!

National Eating Disorder Awareness Week is February 26 – March 4!  This year, the theme is Let’s Get RealWe are looking at the real facts of eating disorders and mental health stigma. Our current clients and program graduates, dedicated volunteers and expert staff will share their real thoughts on recovery, body image, mental health and disordered eating. The goal is to expand the conversation around disordered eating. Check out some helpful resources for those who are struggling and their support networks!

Rock Recovery is kicking off the week with our biggest event of the year at Fig & Olive DC – Building Bridges Breaking Bread. Following this special night, we have a whole week of community events going on across the DMV!  This will be a week with Rock Recovery that you won’t want to miss out on!
