Nearly 30 million individuals in America alone will battle an eating disorder at some point in their lifetime, yet less than 20% will get the treatment they need to heal due to cost, accessibility and stigma. We work to make life-saving eating disorder treatment and support accessible for all by removing these barriers and by connecting people to clinical community and quality care.
Rock Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers a variety of outpatient eating disorder therapy services for adolescents 10+ and adults 18+ in DC, MD, and VA who want to break free from their eating disorder and live their lives to the fullest. Our affordable services are offered virtually across DC, MD, and VA, and in-person in Arlington, VA and Norfolk, VA (learn about our insurance and financial support here). Eating Disorder Therapy Groups & Services
Our unique, affordable and holistic individual and group therapy services combine clinical care and peer support to help you find healing and freedom from any type of eating disorder. Our services are weight-inclusive and trauma-informed.
Community Events, Trainings, & Support
We're on a mission to provide educational resources to eradicate the stigma around mental illness, increase access to care and educate the local community about eating disorders. We also offer nationwide peer support groups to care for those struggling and their loved ones.
