Faith as a Foundation for Recovery

Set Free is a weekly virtual Christian support group, designed to provide a safe space for individuals seeking recovery from an eating disorder to process their faith and how it relates to the recovery process. Each Thursday morning group includes a short devotional, time for discussion and processing, and prayer to bring you hope-filled community and encouragement in the recovery journey.

Who is eligible for Set Free?

Set Free is offered to anyone 16+ who desires Christian support and community through the eating disorder recovery process. Group sizes typically range from 5 – 15 attendees. We welcome people of all religious beliefs and affiliations to attend our Set Free group

How is the group run?

Set Free meets virtually through Zoom on Thursdays at 7:30 am EST and are available for community members nationwide and internationally. This is a closed support group. Weekly attendance is consecutive starting with the first Thursday after you register.

What is the cost?

Set Free costs $50 for one month, $89 for two months, $120 for three months and $219 for six months. As a general policy, we do not issue refunds for Set Free and our other faith support groups. We offer a sliding scale and scholarships for anyone in need of financial support. Join us to experience it for yourself!
