Join Rock Recovery and Liz Ericson of BodiLab for Move, Breathe, Notice, a gentle guided movement and breathwork session designed to help you slow down, tune in, and practice responding to your body’s cues with curiosity and care.
Together, we’ll explore simple body-awareness practices focused on noticing physical sensations and making small adjustments for comfort. Through breath, temperature, imagery, and gentle movement, participants will have an opportunity to notice how different experiences influence the body, and what it might feel like to respond in the moment.
No movement experience is needed, and there is no “right” way to participate. The session will primarily take place seated, with options to adapt practices for lying down or based on your individual comfort and needs.
Come as you are and join us for an opportunity to pause, connect, and cultivate greater awareness of your present-moment experience.
