Our Favorite Eating Disorder Recovery Books & Podcasts

Blog Post By Madeline Ingram

Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!

We know how long the eating disorder recovery journey can feel when you’re in the middle of it, and we want you to know you’re not alone if you feel tired and overwhelmed. Our team knows that having the right resources in place to help you stay focused on recovery and encourage you on the hard days can make all the difference.

This year, in honor of Mental Awareness Month, we asked our therapists and staff members to share their favorite mental health and recovery-focused books and podcasts, and they delivered. See what resources they shared below!
